This Payment, Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to the payment, refund, cancellation, and rescheduling of products and services offered by Kleios Technologies, unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement. This Policy applies to, but is not limited to:

• Professional training programs
• Corporate training programs
• Consulting services
• Workshops and webinars
• Downloadable products and digital resources
• Other products and services offered by Kleios Technologies from time to time

Where a separate written agreement has been entered into between you and Kleios Technologies for specific products or services, the terms of that agreement shall prevail to the extent of any inconsistency with this Policy.

3. Fees and Payments

Fees for our products and services will be communicated before registration, purchase, enrolment, or engagement. By making a payment, you agree to the applicable fees and payment terms communicated by Kleios Technologies.

For online training programs, full payment of the course fee must be made in advance to confirm your registration and secure your seat. Access to the training program and related materials will generally be provided only after the required payment has been successfully received and verified.

For consulting services, an advance payment is generally required before the commencement of the engagement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the payment schedule, including any advance payment and milestone-based payments, will be specified in the applicable proposal, quotation, Statement of Work (SOW), or service agreement.

Kleios Technologies may, at its sole discretion, approve alternative payment arrangements in exceptional circumstances. Any such arrangement must be agreed to in writing before the commencement of the applicable product or service.

Any personal information collected during the payment process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all payments made to Kleios Technologies are subject to this Policy and the applicable Terms & Conditions.

4. Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Kleios Technologies and will be considered in accordance with this Policy. For online training programs:

• Cancellation at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled commencement of the training program is eligible for a full refund of the course fee.
• Cancellation less than 7 calendar days but at least 3 calendar days before the scheduled commencement of the training program is eligible for a 50% refund of the course fee.
• Cancellation less than 3 calendar days before the scheduled commencement of the training program or after the training program has commenced is not eligible for a refund. However, Kleios Technologies may, at its sole discretion, permit a one-time transfer to a future batch, subject to availability.
• Approved refunds will be processed after deducting any applicable payment gateway charges, transaction fees, or other non-refundable payment processing charges incurred by Kleios Technologies.

Where Kleios Technologies cancels a training program before its commencement, participants may choose either a full refund or a transfer to the next available batch, unless the cancellation results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Participants who are unable to attend a training program are encouraged to notify Kleios Technologies as early as possible. Requests to cancel or reschedule a training program must be submitted in writing. Refund eligibility for cancellations will be determined in accordance with this Policy. Subject to availability and at the sole discretion of Kleios Technologies, participants may be permitted a one-time transfer to a future batch where such transfer is allowed under this Policy. Kleios Technologies reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, or cancel any training program due to insufficient enrolment, instructor availability, technical issues, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Where reasonably practicable, affected participants will be offered an alternative batch or another appropriate resolution.

6. Consulting and Corporate Services

Payment terms, project milestones, cancellation, rescheduling, and other commercial arrangements for consulting services and corporate training programs shall be governed by the applicable proposal, quotation, Statement of Work (SOW), service agreement, or other written agreement entered into between Kleios Technologies and the client. Where no separate written agreement exists, Kleios Technologies will communicate the applicable commercial terms before the commencement of the engagement. In the event of any inconsistency between this Policy and a separate written agreement, the terms of the separate written agreement shall prevail.

7. Changes to this Policy

Kleios Technologies may update or modify this Payment, Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our business operations, products, services, legal requirements, or other relevant circumstances. When changes are made, we will publish the updated version on our Website and revise the Last Updated date at the beginning of this Policy. Unless otherwise stated, the revised Policy will become effective from the date it is published.
